Could Chemiclean be the new key to healthy zoas?

Some time ago our zoas have just not been well or thriving like they were before, and what seemed to be for no apparent reason . Lighting was good, but we tried changing to different intensities anyway, that didnt help. Tried putting them at different flow , higher flow , lower flow,  and nothing. They were fed twice a week, so food was there. We even tried less frequent and more frequent water changes and nothing. It seemed like everything we tried just did not do any difference what so ever. In addition, water parameters were spot on, so what was causing this? Why weren't they opening up all the way and thriving like before ? According to www.Reef2Reef.com forum members, and other local reef aquarium hobbyist chemiclean completely brought back their zoas to a thriving state. After not accepting the idea because we prefer not to put any chemicals in our reefs, we decided to give this a try.
Before Chemiclean treatment
We went ahead purchased our first bottle of chemiclean pictured to the left. We immediately dosed chemiclean
following the direction on the box. It took the second to third day to see the difference, but wow! they looked even better than before. They were wide open , thriving , and starting to spread again at a faster rate than before. We were just blown away from the results. Ever since we have been recommending chemiclean as a maintenance routine for zoas, dosing chemiclean in  3-4 months intervals seems to be doing our zoas well. Chemiclean has become our friend to keeping healthy zoas, its not an antibiotic or anything like that, we learned that it is a slow oxidizer that will bring phosphate and nitrate levels back into a balanced ratio. After the treatment your zoas will open much larger then before and have this thriving and happy look to them , that is obvious to your eye. Even without any red slime algae we use chemiclean to pump up zoas health.
After chemiclean treatment, every zoa colony is back to thriving
